What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer store credit in exchange for returns on orders placed within 14 days. Additionally, we’ll gladly accept unopened products in original packaging within 7 days from the date of your receipt. Please note that shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Due to the personal nature of our products, we only accept unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging.

Are Après Beauty facial towelettes biodegradable?
Absolutely! You won’t find our wipes sitting in a landfill or floating in our oceans. We use biodegradable Bamboo Rayon to create our wipes. Wipes will fully compost after just 42 days.
How do I dispose of my wipes?
Throw used wipes in the trash or your local compost. You can place the outer packaging in your curbside recycling bins.
Is your packaging recyclable?
It sure is! Our packaging is PET recyclable
What is PET Recycling?
PET is short for polyethylene terephthalate, the chemical name for polyester. Packaging made using PET is 100% recyclable. PET is the most recycled plastic in the U.S and worldwide.
Is PET packaging safe for the environment?
Yes. Being kind to our gorgeous Mother Earth is a big deal for us. PET is a very energy-efficient packaging material. It’s more sustainable than glass, aluminum, and other container materials.
Can I flush Cool + Glow wipes down the toilet?
No. After you use the wipes to refresh your bod, please throw them in the trash, not your toilet.
I have acne-prone skin. Are these wipes ok for me to use?
Yes! Plant fibers in the wipes even help control acne-causing bacteria.
There is a slight tingling feeling on the skin. Is this supposed to happen?
Yes! Our wipes are infused with Willow bark and Witch Hazel which help soothe irritated skin and tighten your pores after a sweaty workout!
Do the face wipes remove makeup?
They do! We get it. There’s nothing worse than scrubbing your poor face with abrasive makeup removers. Cool + Glow Facial Towelettes “melt” away makeup and impurities with jojoba oil, while chamomile and Japanese Hot Spring Water soothe the skin and reduce inflammation.
Should I use the wipes after a workout?
Yes! After you kill it in the gym, wipe down with antibacterial witch hazel & willow bark. After an intense workout of touching gym equipment, using a sweat towel and a gym mat, our wipe will extract any questionable bacteria that could cause skin irritation. We suggest avoiding contact with the eyes - sometimes witch hazel can cause stinging.
