In love with my refresh kit!! Went on vacation and the bag provided was perfect to store my wipes, spray, and phone when I went to the gym. I sweat mainly on my face and these wipes have been a game changer to keep my skin looking radiant. I have super sensitive skin in regards to chemicals and scents and I haven’t had a single reaction!

I signed up for the Ambassador program. There was no welcome package it looked like a regular customer order. My package does not look like what I ordered. Also I sent an email and no follow up email about my package.

I would love to say I absolutely love this product, however, my order is wrong. I have reached out to the company via email (several attempts to ensure I got the correct address) and the email gets returned to me with an “ERROR, Cannot Deliver.” I have reached out through Instagram to try to get this corrected with no return reply. As a new Ambassador to the company, I will not make any further purchases. As for the product I did receive, the Balancing Serum, it doesn’t quite live up to how it is described. Again, I wished I loved it, but I unfortunately did not. I wish it smelled more fresh. As for the wipes, they were not sent in my Refresh Kit that I purchased.

I got a code from a trusted influencer and loved the packaging. When I tried the towelettes for the first time, it felt like a cold towel from my favorite spa. The mist is also super refreshing and I’ll be stocking up again soon!
